About Black Swan Yard Studios

Studio space, rehearsal rooms, pop-up venue, product launches, art installations and gallery space are all possible within our bright & open plan 4,000 square foot venue.  Separate 1st floor  space for multi-use as well.

Step-free access and front doors which open over 20ft wide & 11ft high, makes the space easily accessible. We have 3 phase electricity for larger equipment & a kitchen/bar area for self-catering.

Located just 5 minutes from both London Bridge & Tower Bridge, adjacent to The Fashion & Textile Museum, within the creative hub of Bermondsey Street and its myriad of art galleries including White Cube.
